Winter is officially our off season here as the gardens slow down and flowering is much more sporadic. Yet this winter I’ve felt compelled to make and be creative with the flowers in our gardens as they appear, making a bouquet a day. There are no plans or deadlines or pressure to perform which has been so freeing and made me look at the flowers that are choosing now to bloom with fresh eyes. The winter garden is magical 🌸
